Pronation Control
Structural features in a shoe designed to limit the inward rolling of the foot.
What is Pronation Control?
Pronation Control refers to the technology used in Stability and Motion Control shoes to prevent the arch from collapsing too far inward. This often includes a Medial Post (harder foam) or Guide Rails.
The goal is to keep the runner's foot in a more neutral alignment through the gait cycle.
