Perceived Exertion
A subjective measure of how hard you feel your body is working during exercise.
What is Perceived Exertion?
Perceived Exertion is your internal effort meter. It's often measured using the RPE Scale.
Instead of looking at your GPS watch to see your pace, you listen to your breathing, your muscle tension, and your overall level of fatigue to decide if you are running "easy," "moderate," or "hard."
