Fly and Die
A common (and painful) race strategy: starting way too fast and crashing hard before the finish.
The "Fly and Die"
It's the rookie mistake we all make. You feel great at the start line, the crowd is cheering, and you run your first 5K at 10K pace... during a marathon.
The Consequence
The "Die" part is inevitable. By mile 20, your glycogen is gone, your legs are cement, and you are shuffling to the finish line, regretting your life choices.
