Bib Muling
Carrying gear, water, or fuel for another runner so they can run lighter and faster.
What is Bib Muling?
A Bib Mule is a selfless friend (or a hired pacer). They act as a packhorse, carrying the hydration vest, gels, and phone for a runner who is trying to BQ or set a PR.
Rules
In some elite races, receiving aid from someone not at an official station is grounds for DQ. Check the rules before you mule!
